• Audit and enters invoices of all local suppliers, make sure all the necessary supporting documents
• Audit Liquidation of expenses/petty cash- CDR Fund.
• Prepare Cash Disbursement Book
• Receiving, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices against purchase orders and other documents. maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts, and performing reconciliations. 
• Generating reports, tracking expenses, and assisting with month-end close. 
• Check and monitor supplier's Billing especially forwarders billing
• Other duties that may be assign.

Job Requirements

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or any business related course
• At least 1-2 years experience in related field of works.
