- Accounting Graduates (Bacherlor's degree in Accountancy)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably residing in Cebu or nearby area
- Can start ASAP
Job Requirements
- Verify, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Often involves 3-way matching to ensure purchase orders, receipts, and invoices align.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate outstanding balances, and resolve any price or quantity discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, organized files of vouchers, invoices, and payment history for auditing and reporting
- Hands-on experience with accounting ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
