WE ARE HIRING: Accounts Payable Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accounts payable staff member to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Prepare vouchers and payment requests
• Monitor due dates and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments regarding billing concerns
• Assist in month-end closing activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management, Accountancy, or a related course
• Preferably with experience in accounts payable or accounting-related work
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience or familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Honest and able to work with minimal supervision
