Accounts Payable Staff

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Staff is responsible for processing and monitoring company payables,ensuring tha all invoices and payments are accurately recorded and settled on time.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Received,review,and process supplier invoices and payment requests.
2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.
3. Prepared vouchers and payment schedules for approval.
4. Process payments through checks,bank transfers,and other approved payment.
5. Monitor due datesand ensures timely payment of obligations.
6. Assist in monthly quarterly and annual closing activities.
7. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,Business Administration, or a related field.
• Atleast 1 yr. of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
