Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, credit memos, and payment requests.
• Perform vendor account and statement reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate coding and timely posting of AP transactions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have an experience in Retail, Merchandising, FMCG, or Manufacturing
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, preferably within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
