• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in BS Accountancy, preferably with experience in SAP or AP/Disbursement
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and process. Ability to manage company’s accounts payable.
• Knowledgeable and capable of preparing and analyzing cash flow.
• Ability to process variety of financial transactions using SAP.

Job Description

Process payables and disbursements of Staples' Meycauayan.

• Receiving/checking of documents, completeness of attattchments from suppliers purchases, services and other payments
• Set up/encodes entries to SAP AP invoice and outgoing payments for CV of the following:

- Suppliers/contractors, Payroll/BIR/Government statutories/Municipal permits

- Bank loans

- Petty cash replenishment

- Electricity/Communication/Professional fees/Others

• Preparation and Printing of BIR 2307
• Prepare online checks and patments.
