ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Clerk is involved in processing and monitoring outgoing payments and managing the company accounts and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting transactions.

• Prepares checks for payment
• Files and maintains supplier records
• Processes payments
• Enters invoices into the account payable system
• Checks and verifies invoices
• Does other position-related tasks to support the Accounting Department and the Company

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or other accounting-related programs
• With at least one year of relevant work experience

Work Location:

Cebu City, Cebu
