Position: Accounting Trainer

Company Industry: Travel Management Solution Company

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing
• At least 1 years of experience in training, education, or team development.
• Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
• Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and delivers training programs to help individuals and teams improve their accounting skills and knowledge.
• Create and lead training sessions on accounting principles, company-specific processes, and software tools.
• Assist in onboarding new hires by providing them with essential accounting training.
• Educate staff on internal controls, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Guide and mentor junior staff members to develop their accounting careers.
