• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and modify them to enhance understanding.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices to ensure relevance in training.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new training modules and update existing content.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration (Major in Finance/Accounting), or related course
• Fresh Graduates Only.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
