DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily, weekly, monthly tasks, duties assigned, supervision, reports to accomplish
  • Daily Task - Inventory Recon
  • Weekly - Inventory Actual Count
  • Weekly - Inventory Actual Recon
  • Weekly - Stocks Movement History
  • Weekly - Generate Report in System
  • Weekly - Creation of Memo for Inventory Adjustment
  • Weekly - Filling of Document
  • Other task ask maybe assign by Superior

Requirement

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field.
  • A recent graduate with a business-related degree is acceptable.
  • With work experience under accounting department is plus
  • Willing to learned, team player and hard working
  • With proficiency in communication and expertise in Excel, including formulas
