Description

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage monthly close processes and reconciliations.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant, expertise in accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, compliance, financial analysis, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, maintain compliance, and manage team tasks.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
