Description

  • Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
  • Maintain and organize accounting records.
  • Support audits and assist with internal financial reviews.
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial reporting and analysis.

Requirement

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
