Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process and monitor invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely transactions with suppliers and customers.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling various accounts to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports; assist in the audit process as necessary.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to local and national accounting standards and regulations; assist with tax-related tasks and filings.
Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy; analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Team Support: Collaborate with the accounting team to assist in special projects and improve processes as needed.
Customer Interaction: Address inquiries from clients and vendors regarding billing and payment issues in a professional manner.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
