Position: Commercial Account Specialist – EBG 

We are looking for a Commercial Account Specialist to build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and support sales projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main customer interface, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

•Identify potential sales opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

•Understand customer business and network requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

•Identify customer pain points and help develop solutions that improve customer satisfaction.

•Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and customer needs.

•Support and organize customer events, summits, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.

•Lead or participate in sales projects and help ensure project objectives are achieved.

•Coordinate internal teams and resources to support project implementation and sales activities.

•Participate in project negotiations and support contract discussions.

•Oversee transaction and project operations, including coordination and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

•Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.

•Good understanding of customer business and commercial needs.

•Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

•Willing and capable of developing relationships with CXO-level customers.

•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

•Experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field is an advantage.
