- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and budgeting.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; occasional overtime may be required during closing periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
