Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide clerical and admin support to the Accounting Department.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documents.
• Reconcile financial accounts and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Support internal staff with timely financial information.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in records.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
• Requirements and Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related course.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in Quezon City
