Responsibilities

• Financial Record KeepingHandle invoices, process payments to suppliers, and manage collections from customers
• Track and manage inventory costs, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
• Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support decision-making

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required-
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel is essential
• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, especially within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, is highly desirable.
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Willing to work in Mr. Quickie head office in Pasig City
