Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation of weekly sales report

a.) Direct Ship & Warehouse Sales Report

b.) Checking of Sales Invoice & Delivery Report before issuance to customers

• Preparation of weekly collection report

a.) Direct Ship & Warehouse Issued Invoices

b.) Checking of Collection Receipts before issuance to customers

c.) Issues SOA and Notices for all Overdue accounts of Customers

d.) Prepares Reconciliation report on Uncollected receivables and any documents

related to as required by Customers

• Preparation of monthly Damaged Claims report from Customers

a.) Direct Ship & Warehouse

b.) Prepares Debit and Credit Memos

• Preparation of monthly Rebate Claims report
• Conduct Month-End Physical Inventory of Warehouse/s in Pampanga

a.) Audit of Inventory Stocks on Hand as Compared to Book Balance

b.) Preparation of Reconciliation Report for any Variances

• Monthly preparation of Journal Entries for Manual Books of Accounts and Quickbooks

a.) Sales Journal

b.) Cash Receipts Journal

c.) General Journal

• Prepares Monitoring of Customers under Coface Trade Credit Insurance
• Prepares Monitoring of Customers Standby LC Limits
• Assists in BIR Audits Compliance (Year 2020, 2021, and 2022 on-going)
• Assists in PWC Year-end External Audit Compliance
• Other applicable reports and documents needed per request of Immediate Superior

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Financial Management, Accounting Technology or any related Finance course
• With at least 5 years of work experience in General and Cost Accounting
• Has broad knowledge in manual journal entries and bookkeeping
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in MS office Applications (e.g. Ppt, Word, Excel)
• Problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, hard-working and self-discipline person
