The Accounting Assistant supports the Finance Department by preparing client billings, monitoring accounts receivable, following up on collections, and auditing liquidation reports to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Service Invoices (SI) and Statements of Account (SOA).
• Monitor and update Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
• Prepare AR collection reports.
• Review and audit employee and project liquidation reports.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure liquidation expenses are complete and accurate.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.
