Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
• Prepare accounting reports and maintain books of accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations, accruals, journal vouchers, trial balances, and financial statements
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, government remittances, and other statutory reports
• Assist in reviewing inventory and product costing
• Assist in year-end audit requirements
• Handle cashiering functions, including collections, deposits, withdrawals, and check preparation
• Prepare statements of account, debit memos, and other accounting schedules
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting
• At least 1–3 years of experience in General Accounting
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accruals, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Familiarity with BIR tax compliance, government remittances, and other statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably familiar with accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Preferably with experience in the Real Estate and/or Agriculture industry
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Can start as soon as possible

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
