Job Description:

• Assist in finance and accounting operations(i.e. revenue, payables, treasury processing, and all other areas)
• Ensures the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions.
• Ensures revenue is recorded correctly.
• Facilitate billing and collection process for all customers.
• Ensures all payables are settled timely and accurately.
• Ensures check payments are correctly made and reviews bank reconciliations
• Assumes responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations, as well as the discipline, work performance, attendance, training and development of personnel under his supervision.

Qualifications:

• BS Accounting graduate or equivalent.
• With at least 1 to 2 years experienced is a plus but not required.
• Knowledgeable of accounting processes and tax compliance
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
• Commendable oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation.
