About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and proactive Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise and practical experience in BIR tax compliance, paired with hands-on background in bookkeeping and accounts payable management.

Key Qualifications (Must-Have)

• BIR Compliance Expertise (Required): Deep understanding of BIR tax filings, statutory compliance, and Philippine tax requirements is essential for this role.
• Experience: Proven track record handling BIR compliance, general bookkeeping, and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• BIR Tax & Compliance: Lead end-to-end preparation, filing, and compliance for all required BIR tax returns and statutory reports.
• Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Oversee day-to-day transaction posting, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable Management: Handle invoice verification, matching, payment processing, and vendor accounts.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Workflow Optimization: Help refine internal accounting controls and streamline financial procedures.
• Support other general accounting duties as needed
