Position: Accounting Staff

Location: Laguna Technopark Annex, Biñan, Laguna

Work Setup: On-site

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

Start Date: ASAP (target July 15, 2026)

Headcount Needed: 1

Salary: Php 25,000 (negotiable)

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related business courses
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong communication, time management, and detail orientation
• Knowledge of BIR, PEZA, SEC, and LGU regulations
• Willing to work on-site; preferably residing in Biñan or Santa Rosa, Laguna
• Can start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoices, monitor payments, and track balances
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports (cash flow, revenue)
• Perform bank reconciliations, validate receipts, maintain ledgers
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and tax laws; organize financial documents
