Position Summary

The Accounting Associate is responsible for assisting in the preparation, processing, and monitoring of accounting documents and transactions. The role includes handling Check Vouchers, AP Vouchers, Topsheets, inventory-related records, and voucher summaries while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Check Vouchers (CV) and Accounts Payable (AP) Vouchers.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents and billings.
• Prepare Topsheets and voucher summaries for monitoring and approval.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding accounting concerns.
• Support other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course.
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Amenable to work in Alabang.
