- College graduate of any related business course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With or without experience (experience is an advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing supplier payments and customer invoicing/collections.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Inventory & Document Management: Monitoring assets, inventory, and maintaining a secure filing system for financial documents.
