Job Summary

The ERP Specialist (SYSPRO – Accounting) manages, supports, and optimizes the SYSPRO ERP system with a strong focus on accounting and financial modules, ensuring accurate financial data, efficient processes, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SYSPRO accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets).

• Align accounting processes with SYSPRO system setup and best practices.

• Support month-end and year-end closing using SYSPRO.

• Generate financial and management reports from SYSPRO.

• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for finance users.

• Ensure data accuracy, controls, and compliance within the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years experience using SYSPRO ERP with strong accounting exposure.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
