Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor and control all food and non-food inventory stocks.
• Encode inventory transactions and records in the E-Count system.

Purchasing and Supply Monitoring

• Prepare and process Purchase Request Orders (PRO).
• Monitor deliveries and verify received items against purchase documents.
• Point of Sale (POS) Management

Manage and monitor POS transactions and reports.

• Reconcile POS transactions with actual sales and collections.
• Cashiering and Guest Billing

Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) for guest check-outs.

• Process guest payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Accounting and Reporting

Maintain organized records of inventory, purchases, and operational expenses.

• Assist in reconciliation of inventory balances and accounting records.
• Office Equipment and Supplies Monitoring

Monitor office equipment inventory and movement.

• Maintain records of office supplies issuance and utilization.

Other Duties

• Outside purchase of urgent operational requirements when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, accounting, or related functions; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in inventory systems, preferably E-Count or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, purchasing processes, and POS operations.
• Willing to be assigned in Alitagtag, Batangas.
