Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor newly signed and renewed business licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements, filings, and other tax-related activities.
• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including Sales Invoice (SI) tracking and collections.
• Coordinate and communicate with lessors regarding lease contracts, rental payments, renewals, and related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain expense reports, financial summaries, and budget requests.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of financial and compliance-related records.
• Support internal coordination with Finance, Operations, and Management as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in taxation, compliance, and accounts receivable management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIR regulations and business licensing processes.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar financial tools.
