- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with audits and tax preparations.
- Monitor budgets and provide financial analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial clarity.
Requirements
- Job Title: Accounting Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting roles
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, Budgeting, and Auditing
- Responsibilities: Manage financial statements, conduct audits, oversee cash management, and assist in financial planning
