  • Develop and deliver training programs on accounting principles, software, and best practices to individuals or groups.
  • Assess learners’ progress, provide feedback, and adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and trends, ensuring training materials and sessions reflect current industry standards.

Requirements

  • Accounting Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Training and Communication Skills: Strong ability to teach complex accounting concepts in a clear and engaging way, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting, with a proven track record of training or mentoring individuals in an educational or professional setting.
