Description

La Sedia Furniture, a leading wholesale distributor in the furniture industry, is seeking an Accounting Specialist. This role involves ensuring accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments
  • Assist in month-end close procedures
  • Prepare financial reports for management
  • Support audit preparations and compliance

Requirements

  • Job Title: Accounting Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, and Due Diligence. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and execute AP/AR processes, maintain consolidated statements, and perform account reconciliations.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to accuracy.
