Description

  • Perform financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, and process payments with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and monitoring of internal controls.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounting functions and improve financial processes.

Requirement

  1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1-year experience required.
  3. Skills and Competencies:
  4. Proficient in Accounts Receivable processes.
  5. Audit experience, with a focus on financial auditing.
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
  7. Responsibilities and Duties:
  8. Manage and process invoices and payments.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance.
  10. Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
