- Prepares Monthly Profitability variance explanation
- Prepares Yearly Financial Statements
- Prepares Yearly Profitability variance explanation
- Preparation and reconciliation of Quarterly VAT returns
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly expanded withholding Tax
- Preparation and reconciliation of all accounts for Quarterly Income Tax Filling
- Monitors and supervised staff in the preparation and e-filling of BIR returns such as 1601C, 1601E, 1604E, 1604CF, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702 and other BIR Reports
- Assist staff on data encoding of sales and purchases in VAT Relief System and Alpha list System
- Checking of payroll specially Government Remittances of employees. Prepares Annualized Schedule of payroll for tax adjustment/refund.
- Monitors sales and collections. Review Monthly receivable aging schedule, Monthly sales report and Monthly Collection report provided by Billing and Collection
