Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit, and Collections, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor credit and collection activities to ensure timely account settlements.
  • Serve as custodian and monitor of retail inventory and related items.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) reports.
  • Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Process and release branch, marketing, and B2B requests, including gift certificate (GC) requests and membership kits.
