• Report to management all receivables and cash flow condition of the company.

• Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy

• Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets.

• Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting.

• Compute taxes owed and prepared tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other taxes requirements.

• Ensures proper standard costing of products based on approved parameters and assumptions.

• Review production variances with management and help drive to root cause and recommend ways to control cost.

• Monitors spending on key categories and support company initiatives to reduce spending.

• Institutes appropriate measures to control and save on costs and expenses, minimize, or avoid losses, duties, and taxes, and maximize profits

• Ensure robust financial controls are in place and are following financial policies

• Perform other duties as required by management

• Present an accurate weekly report as required

• Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements Coordination with BIR Officers (LN, LOA, Tax Treaty & Importation License)

• Prepare and present accurate Project Costings
