Accounting Manager CPA

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Financial Reporting & Closing*: Oversee the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; review journal entries and reconciliations; handle month-end/year-end closings and coordinate with external auditors
- *Financial Planning & Analysis*: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting; conduct variance analyses on financial performance, cost trends, and profitability to support management decisions
- *AP, AR & Treasury Oversight*: Supervise disbursements, collections, aging reports, and cash flows; manage banking relationships, loans, trust receipts, and letters of credit
- *Inventory & Cost Accounting*: Oversee stock movements, adjustments, and product costing including landed cost computations; lead annual physical inventory cycles and reconciliations
- *Taxation & Regulatory Compliance*: Ensure strict compliance with BIR, SEC, and other local regulatory bodies; oversee the filing of all tax returns VAT, EWT, ITR, etc. and liaise with government agencies
- *Internal Controls & Process Improvement*: Implement accounting standards to safeguard company assets; identify financial risks; drive automation and maximize the efficiency of the company ERP/accounting systems
- *Leadership & Team Management*: Supervise, train, and develop the accounting staff; establish clear team goals and KPIs, and ensure balanced workload distribution

*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any equivalent field. CPA license is highly preferred
- *Experience*: At least 5 to 8 years of solid, relevant accounting experience
- *Industry Advantage*: Background or experience in the manufacturing, construction, or trading industries is a major advantage
- *Core Competencies*: Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- *Technical Skills*: Deeply proficient in modern accounting software, ERP platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- *Attributes*: Exceptional leadership capabilities, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, rigorous attention to detail, and strict commitment to deadlines

- *Work Setup*: On-site in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City | Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Alternate Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
