Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. And is responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of a company’s reports and statements.

QUALIFICATIONS

-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Maintain updated and accurate financial record
• Prepare financial reports and insightful analysis on a monthly basis or as needed
• Enter accounting related information into business logs
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
• Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
• Organize and update financial records
• Prepare documentation for external auditors
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
