JOB POSITION: ACCOUNTING HEAD


Job Description

LEADERSHIP

• Manage accounting team efficiency through KPIs
• Address high-level concerns raised by accounting team members.

FINANCIAL REPORTING

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to management (P&L, Balance sheets)
• Utilize financial projection tools to create department budgets

GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE

• Coordinate annual auditing requirements with external accountants
• Documentation of government-issued permits and licenses

Job Specificatiion

• Bachelor's with a degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 5–8 years of professional accounting experience
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of government compliance and regulatory requirements
