Position: Accounting Manager

Salary: Up to Php100,000 (negotiable depending on experience and interview result)

Work Location: Laguna Technopark Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Company Industry: Logistics Company

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA
• Has at least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Has supervisory role experience.
• Comfortable and willing to learn in using any ERP systems.
• Amenable to attend face to face interview.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, mentor, and train accounting staff; delegate tasks and ensure accurate completion of financial operations.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic planning.
• Implement accounting policies, maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory adherence, and coordinate with auditors to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making, collaborate with other departments, and align financial practices with business objectives.
