Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, BIR Reporting, and bookkeeping
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounting team in daily operations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports
• Monitor and review general ledger entries and reconciliations
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Improve accounting systems and internal controls
