Job Title: Accounting Manager  

Salary Range: 30,000 – 50,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight & Reporting: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes while ensuring full compliance with GAAP, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting standards.

Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and build the accounting team, fostering professional growth and establishing effective operational workflows.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Direct annual budget preparation, multi-currency financial forecasting, and variance analysis to deliver actionable business insights to executive leadership.

Internal Controls & Process Optimization: Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, tax compliance procedures, and financial accounting systems (such as QuickBooks and SAP).

Cross-Functional Communication: Present financial reports, cash flow analyses, and performance metrics clearly to non-financial stakeholders and executive decision-makers.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance

• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards

• Proven experience in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and analysis

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements

Leadership and Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction-related industry

• Familiarity with international accounting standards and multi-currency transactions

• Proven track record in improving financial processes and implementing internal controls
