Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, company expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
