- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of general accounting and compliance regulations.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with tax reporting and accounting software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
