Accounting Manager, CPA (Manufacturing & PEZA)

A textile manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for both headquarters and plant facilities. This role is responsible for managing core accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining internal controls and driving financial visibility between plant operations and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily finance and accounting functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal audit coordination.
• Oversee financial visibility and alignment between plant operations and corporate headquarters.
• Direct tax compliance, BIR filings, PEZA regulatory requirements, and local statutory reporting.
• Build, mentor, and manage the local finance team in Cavite, establishing best practices and operational controls.
• Act as the key liaison for external auditors, banking partners, and government regulatory bodies.
• Manage financial data utilizing Odoo ERP or similar systems to support executive-level reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 5 to 8 years of finance and accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or PEZA-registered environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience leading accounting operations.
• Technical expertise in BIR tax compliance, PEZA filings, and statutory reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar enterprise software systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage both plant-level operations and high-level reporting.

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
