TL AISA:

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant, with at least 5 years of leadership role. Knowledgeable in vessel accounting is a plus.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus
• CPA certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Work Location: Bacoor City, Cavite

Work Schedule: 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday (where reporting on site on Saturday is optional).

Salary Range: gross salary 65,000.00 to 95,000.00
