- Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy
- Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
- Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
- Perform the company’s financial audits
- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
- Create financial reports based on data analysis
- Make recommendations to business stakeholders
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard business hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
