Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cost accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Review financial records, reports, and accounting transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee inventory-related accounting activities and controls.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on financial matters.
• Perform other duties related to accounting and finance as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 10 years of overall accounting and finance experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong background in cost accounting.
• Experience in an inventory-heavy or industrial environment is an advantage.
• CPA is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong integrity and accountability.
• Can start immediately.
• Willing to work onsite in Angat, Bulacan.
