Accounting Manager

Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure the accuracy of all financial data during audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
- 7-10 years’ experience in accounting and finance
- Strong background in cost accounting
- Experience in inventory-heavy or industrial environment is a plus
- CPA is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong integrity
- Can start immediately
