Role Responsibility:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and maintaining compliance with local and national regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to our 'simpler, faster, better' service philosophy within a positive, family-oriented work environment, helping us deliver accessible financial solutions across our branches.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Philippine tax compliance, including BIR and LGU requirements.
• Solid experience in managing business permits and license renewals.
• Proficiency in inventory control and reconciliation, preferably in a financial services or retail environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in fixed asset accounting (acquisition, depreciation, disposal tracking).
• Excellent skills in bank reconciliation and cash balance monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage month-end and year-end close processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or an equivalent qualification.
