  • Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and proficiency in accounting software.
